Welcome to Energise Academy

In 2022, I noticed that something was no longer right. Not in one dramatic moment, but slowly, almost unnoticed. I felt empty. Things I used to enjoy left me cold. I couldn't stand anything anymore and reacted sharply to small triggers. Everything took energy. As if I were constantly "on," without ever truly being able to recharge.

The realization didn't come at home, but on vacation. In Italy, in July. We were there with the family, in a place where you are supposed to relax, enjoy, and be together. But even there, I felt pressure. My head was constantly filled with all the things I had to do and feel. I had to enjoy myself. I had to be rested. I had to play with the kids and enjoy it. Only... I didn't feel it. What should have been a lovely vacation felt like just another task I had to check off.

Until that moment, I hadn't even realized how far I had pushed past my limits. It was colleagues who cautiously asked if everything was okay. That question stayed with me. For the first time, I stood still. And when I did, I felt it immediately: I had been running on reserve for far too long. I kept going because taking care of others always came naturally. Because I easily pushed myself aside. Because being available to everyone except myself had become the norm.

That was the beginning of a long road back. I had to get to know myself all over again. Not just as a professional, but as a mom, as a partner, as a woman over thirty. I learned—and am still learning—to feel boundaries and to speak them out loud. That doesn't happen automatically. For someone who naturally puts others first, it remains an exercise.

Recovering from burnout is not a quick fix. It doesn't stop when you are working again or when everything looks "fine" from the outside. It isn't a straight line. Some days go smoother than others. Sometimes I catch myself giving too much again. The difference is that I recognize the signals now. That I dare to slow down sooner. That I know that taking care of myself is not a luxury, but a necessity.

Energise Academy was born from that experience. Not because everything in my life is perfect, but because I know what it feels like to lose yourself. To function, but not really live. To feel pressure even in beautiful moments. It isn't about grand promises or quick solutions here. It is about gentle, achievable steps that help you reconnect with yourself. Spirituality as an anchor, not an extra to-do.

If you feel that you have been living on autopilot for a while, that your energy is leaking away without you knowing exactly why, then I invite you to stay a while. Read at your leisure. See what resonates with you. Perhaps that is exactly the beginning of making room for yourself again.

You don't have to do it alone.

Goal of Energise Academy

My goal with Energise Academy is to bring a light into this dark world and to make that light bigger by raising the spiritual awareness of more people. I do this through gemstones, essential oils, online guides, and meditations.

Additionally, I want to help everyone light their own inner spark through a personal soul reading, connecting with a deceased loved one, or simply by being a listening ear.

Fighting the darkness starts with yourself by being a light. The more lights we are, the brighter the world becomes.

Mission of Energise Academy

It is my mission to fight the darkness with light, step by step. I cannot achieve this mission alone. We have to do this all together. The more people become spiritually aware and light the spark within themselves, the more we can fight the darkness.

Because finding your own light isn't easy, I help you with that. Gemstones and essential oils can support you daily. True lightwork starts with your inner self. With fighting your own darkness. I help you get back on the path of light through a personal soul reading or by solving the questions that are stuck together.
